The South China Tiger is a great example of an amazing creature going extinct. This is one of the most beautiful unique creatures out there. As of November 2016 this amazing species has been reduced to 20 because their coats are valuable, making poachers an easy predator. They now only reside in zoos but to make a suitable habitat for this creature, the zoos need more money. There are many fundraisers for this tiger, one held by the national tiger sanctuary, a place where money goes to endanger tiger species, so help those tigers in need.
Imagine something or someone hunting your kind, reducing your species population to just a measly 20. That feeling is similar to what a South China Tiger experiences, well at least to a certain point. You see these animals are kept in captivity and never see another one of their kind, so instead of imagining 20 remaining, it's more similar to imagining you being the only one left. With some help the species can be brought back from near extinction, and with enough tigers the species would be able to come out of captivity and finally see another one of their kind.
